Third Person Required is a Powerline Electrician. When the third person required is a Powerline Electrician, the Supervisor On Call or his/her delegate shall go to the Callout Roster and call out a Powerline Electrician Crew Leader, in the order shown on the Callout Roster. If one of the two (2) Powerline Electricians assigned weekly standby duty in accordance with clause 12.09 (a) of the Collective Agreement is a Crewleader or if no Crewleader is available, the Supervisor On Call or his/her delegate shall go the Callout Roster and call out a Powerline Electrician, in the order shown on the Callout Roster.
