Common use of Third Party Service Provider Clause in Contracts

Third Party Service Provider. If we arrange to provide any Service to you through or with a third party service provider, we reserve the right to arrange to provide such Service with or through a different third party service provider without notice to you. In such case, the terms and conditions applicable to the third party service provider in this agreement will apply to such new third party service provider unless you are notified otherwise in writing. If you use third party service providers in connection with any of your Services with us, (i) all Terms and Conditions shall apply, (ii) you agree to notify such third party services provider(s) of all Terms and Conditions and shall require its compliance therewith, and (iii) your obligations to indemnify us under this Agreement shall also apply to access and use of the Services by such third party service provider(s).
