Third Party Personnel. If Party has engaged the services of a caterer, musicians, or other third parties that will make deliveries, or otherwise need access to the facilities prior to 1 hour before the start time for the event, the names & contact information of all such persons or companies must be provided to the Church in advance together with time access to building is needed. Note: On-site caterer must provide proof of insurance effective during event.
Third Party Personnel. Within 120 days after the Effective Date and annually thereafter by the anniversary of the Effective Date, GSK shall send a letter to each entity employing Third Party Personnel. The letter shall describe GSK’s obligations under the CIA and its commitment to full compliance with all Federal health care program requirements and FDA requirements. The letter shall include a description of GSK’s Compliance Program. GSK shall attach a copy of its Code of Conduct to the letter and shall request the entity employing Third Party Personnel to either: (a) make a copy of GSK’s Code of Conduct and a description of GSK’s Compliance Program available to its employees who meet the definition of Third Party Personnel as set forth in Section II.C.9; or (b) represent to GSK that it has and enforces a substantially comparable set of code of conduct and Compliance Program for its employees who meet the definition of Third Party Personnel as set forth in Section II.C.9.

Indivior shall include with the letter a copy of its Code of Conduct and shall request the entity employing Third Party Personnel to either: (a) make a description of Indivior’s Compliance Program available to its Third Party Personnel; or (b) represent to Indivior that it has and enforces a substantively comparable compliance program for its Third Party Personnel.

The letter shall outline obligations under the CIA and J&J and the J&J Pharmaceutical Affiliates’ commitment to full compliance with all Federal health care program and FDA requirements. The letter shall include a description of the Compliance Program. J&J or the J&J Pharmaceutical Affiliate shall include with the letter a copy of the Code of Conduct and shall request the entity employing Third Party Personnel to either: (a) make a copy of the Code of Conduct and a description of the Compliance Program available to its Third Party Personnel; or (b) represent to J&J or the J&J Pharmaceutical Affiliate that it has and enforces a substantively comparable code of conduct and compliance program for its Third Party Personnel.

The letter shall outline AstraZeneca’s obligations under the CIA and its commitment to full compliance with all Federal health care program and FDA requirements. The letter shall include a description of AstraZeneca’s U.S. Compliance Program. AstraZeneca and/or the AstraZeneca Affiliate shall attach a copy of its Code of Conduct to the letter and shall request the entity employing Third Party Personnel to either: (a) make a copy of AstraZeneca’s Code of Conduct and a description of AstraZeneca’s U.S. Compliance Program available to its Third Party Personnel; or (b) represent to AstraZeneca and/or the AstraZeneca Affiliate that it has and enforces a substantially comparable code of conduct and compliance program for its Third Party Personnel.

Third Party Personnel. Kamada shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, consider third party personnel explicitly designated by Bxxxxx as Baxter personnel, provided that Baxter can reasonably show that such third party personnel is bound to confidentiality to the same extent as Bxxxxx personnel.

Jazz shall attach or otherwise make available a copy of its Code of Conduct to the letter and shall request the entity employing Third Party Personnel to either: (a) make Jazz’s Code of Conduct and a description of the Jazz Compliance Program available to its Third Party Personnel; or (b) represent to Jazz that it has and enforces a substantially comparable code of conduct and compliance program for its Third Party Personnel.
