Third Party Notices. Each party shall promptly provide to the other party a copy of every notice it receives from a third party in respect of the Land to the extent that it is relevant to this agreement and/or Related Agreement or Trees or any part thereof. Notwithstanding the above, the provisions of this clause shall not apply to any notice received by any party from any Affiliate of such party.
