Third Party Logistics Provider Sample Clauses

Third Party Logistics Provider. Distributor shall have the right to designate and engage a third party logistics provider in connection with the shipment and delivery of the Products from the Company to the Distributor pursuant to Clause 3.8, provided that Distributor retains responsibility for the acts and omissions of such third party logistics provider in relation to the Products as if they were the acts and omissions of Distributor itself. To the extent Company bears any expenses in relation to any third party logistics provider engaged by Distributor, Distributor shall reimburse Company for any such expenses except as set forth in Clause 3.8.
