Third Party Insurance. The Contractor shall take out Third Party Insurance from an approved agency/institution; Payments made to the agency/institution and stamp charges/duties incurred if any, by the Contractor in compliance of the above work shall be paid from the Provisional Sum included for the item in the BOQ after submission of the documents to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
