Common use of Third Party Administrator Clause in Contracts

Third Party Administrator. 9.17.1 Motricity acknowledges that a third party administrator will perform certain administrative functions for AT&T Mobility in relation to this Agreement. Such administrative functions may include: (i) collecting and verifying certificates of insurance; (ii) providing financial analysis; (iii) verifying certifications under the Section entitled “Utilization of Minority, Women, and Disabled Veteran Owned Business Enterprises”; and (iv) collecting and verifying Motricity profile information.
