Therapeutic Services. a. Each ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child requiring therapeutic and rehabilitative ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care services because of a diagnosis of significant medical, developmental, emotional, or behavioral problems shall be provided with a treatment plan and shall be provided with these services in accordance with the plan. b. At least 40% of children in custody during the Period requiring therapeutic and/or rehabilitative ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care services because of a diagnosis of significant medical, developmental, emotional, or behavioral problems shall be provided with a treatment plan and services in accordance with their plan. c. At least 80% of children in custody during the Period requiring therapeutic and/or rehabilitative ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care services because of a diagnosis of significant medical, developmental, emotional, or behavioral problems shall be provided with a treatment plan and services in accordance with their plan. d. At least 90% of children in custody during the Period requiring therapeutic and/or rehabilitative ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care services because of a diagnosis of significant medical, developmental, emotional, or behavioral problems shall be provided with a treatment plan and services in accordance with their plan.
