THE TRIBE SHALL. A. Identify annually by May 1, with a letter to the Forest Supervisor from the Tribal Agency Administrator (Chairman’s office), the identification and contact information of the Hoopa Fire Department Duty Officer(s) who will serve as the single point of contact for the Tribe for wildland fire notification and request for activation of this agreement. Included in this letter will be a list of authorized Designated Tribal Government Representative’s on behalf of the Tribal Agency Administrator and Tribal Council. For the purpose of this agreement the letter will also include a list of the names of individuals who are qualified to perform the duties and responsibilities of Heritage Consultant Coordinator(s) and Heritage Consultant(s) Level 1 and 2, as outlined in the position descriptions of Attachment “A”, as well as the salary rates for regular Tribal employees. The Hoopa Fire Department Duty Officer(s) will have the responsibility to notify the Designated Tribal Government Representative(s).

THE TRIBE SHALL. 1. In cooperation with the Forest Service, determine the best methods for treating noxious weeds in culturally significant areas. Treatment methods will be within the scope of the ROD for the Noxious Weed Treatment Project FEIS.

For the purpose of this agreement the letter will also include a list of the names of individuals who are qualified to perform the duties and responsibilities of Heritage Consultant Coordinator(s) and Heritage Consultant(s) Level 1 and 2, as outlined in the position descriptions of Attachment “A”, as well as the salary rates for regular Tribal employees. The Tribal Duty Officer(s) will have the responsibility to notify the Designated Tribal Government Representative(s).

  • Information and Services Required of the Owner § 3.1.1 The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.

  • EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. The Employer agrees to provide the name, worksite phone number, and location of the new employee's xxxxxxx in the letter of hiring. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce her to her xxxxxxx. The Employer agrees that a Union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for thirty (30) minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the employee's responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.

  • Formation of the Company The Company was formed as a limited liability company under the Act on April 24, 2008. The Member hereby agrees that the person executing and filing the Certificate of Formation of the Company was and is an “authorized person” within the meaning of the Act, and that the Certificate of Formation filed by such authorized person is the Certificate of Formation of the Company.

  • The Trust World Omni acknowledges and agrees that (a) WOAR will, pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement, sell the Receivables to the Trust and assign its rights under this Agreement to the Trust and (b) the Trust will, pursuant to the Indenture, grant the Receivables and its rights under this Agreement and the Sale and Servicing Agreement to the Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders. World Omni hereby consents to all such sales and assignments and agrees that the Trust or, if pursuant to the Indenture, the Indenture Trustee, may exercise the rights of WOAR and enforce the obligations of World Omni hereunder directly and without the consent of WOAR.

  • The Contractor A general contractor shall be retained by Tenant to construct the Improvements. Such general contractor (“Contractor”) shall be selected by Tenant from a list of general contractors supplied by Landlord, and Tenant shall deliver to Landlord notice of its selection of the Contractor upon such selection.

  • The Treasurer The Treasurer shall have custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Company, shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company and shall deposit all monies and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Management Directors. He shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Management Directors, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the President and the Management Directors, whenever they may require it, an account of all his transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Company.

  • Creation of the Trust The Trust is hereby created and shall be known as “WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-AR2 Trust”. The purpose of the Trust is, and the Trust shall have the power and authority, to engage in the following activities, all as provided by and subject to the terms of this Agreement:

  • Activities of the Administrator The services of the Administrator to the Company are not to be deemed to be exclusive, and the Administrator and each affiliate is free to render services to others. It is understood that directors, officers, employees and stockholders of the Company are or may become interested in the Administrator and its affiliates, as directors, officers, members, managers, employees, partners, stockholders or otherwise, and that the Administrator and directors, officers, members, managers, employees, partners and stockholders of the Administrator and its affiliates are or may become similarly interested in the Company as stockholders or otherwise.

  • The Partnership (a) The Partnership is a limited partnership duly formed, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has all requisite powers necessary to carry on its business as now conducted, to own, lease and operate its properties.

  • No Legal Advice From the Company The Investor acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement with his or its own legal counsel and investment and tax advisors. The Investor is relying solely on such counsel and advisors and not on any statements or representations of the Company or any of its representatives or agents for legal, tax or investment advice with respect to this investment, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the securities laws of any jurisdiction.
