Common use of The Treasurer Clause in Contracts

The Treasurer. The Treasurer shall: (i) have charge and custody of, and be responsible for, all funds and securities of the Company; (ii) receive and give receipts for moneys due and payable to the Company, and deposit all such moneys in the name of the Company in such banks, trust companies or other depositories as shall be selected in accordance with this Agreement; and (iv) generally perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as may be prescribed by this Agreement or by the Directors.

The Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be the chief financial officer of the Company and shall: (i) have charge and custody of, and be responsible for, all funds and securities of the Company; (ii) receive and give receipts for moneys due and payable to the Company, and deposit all such moneys in the name of the Company in such banks, trust companies or other depositories as shall be selected in accordance with this Agreement; and (iv) generally perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as may be prescribed by this Agreement or by the DirectorsGovernors.
