Common use of The Transfer Documents Clause in Contracts

The Transfer Documents. Except for the Permits and Contracts, which are to be transferred by that certain assignment agreement, a specimen of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Assignment Agreement”); all components of each of the Properties shall be transferred and conveyed by execution and delivery by Seller of a special warranty deed, a non-state specific specimen of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C (each, a “Deed”).
