The Supplier shall. (a) add VAT to the Price at the prevailing rate as applicable and show the amount of VAT payable separately on all invoices as an extra charge. If the Supplier fails to show VAT on an invoice, the Authority is not, at any later date, liable to pay the Supplier any additional VAT; (b) ensure that a provision is included in all Sub-Contracts which requires payment to be made of all sums due to Sub-Contractors within 30 days from the receipt of a valid invoice; and (c) not suspend the Services unless the Supplier is entitled to terminate the Contract under clause H2.3 for failure to pay undisputed sums of money.
