The Supplier Guarantees. 14.1.1 To provide the Services by the date agreed with the customer as described in condition 3;
14.1.2 Not to disconnect the Service by mistake;
14.1.3 To set into place a repair to a Service Failure in line with the repair service the Customer has chosen. For standard service this means by midnight on the first weekday (not including public and bank holidays) after the day the fault is reported to the Supplier.
14.1.4 To keep any booked site visit appointment that the Supplier makes with the Customer under this Agreement.
The Supplier Guarantees a. That the Delivery complies with the quality requirements and specifications stated in the agreement and that the Delivery is free of defects.
b. That the composition and quality of the Delivery comply in full with all applicable requirements made by law and/or other government regulations, which are in force at the time of conclusion of the agreement.
c. That the Delivery complies at least with all provisions set forth in the BFG Statement, which shall be separately filled out and signed by the Supplier. It is understood that the Supplier is familiar with the content of our BFG Statement. If the Supplier is not familiar with this statement, it shall bring this to our attention, and we will submit a copy said BFG Statement to them for review.
The Supplier Guarantees. (i) that the delivered Goods and Services fully comply with the Agreement, the mutually agreed specifica- tions and the intended purpose, and that they fully comply with all applicable statutory and other reg- ulations, including but not restricted to those relat- ing to quality, the environment, health and (prod- uct) safety;
(ii) that the supplied Goods are free of design flaws, production flaws and/or material defects and third party rights, are in perfect condition, undamaged, new and unused, and are produced with the use of high-quality materials that were recently manufac- tured or especially manufactured for the execution of the Agreement; and
(iii) that all Services are provided by professional per- sonnel with due regard for the latest insights and methods, and that those persons possess all of the expertise, diplomas and certificates necessary to properly comply with the obligations ensuing from the Agreement;
