Will entail no changes in detail, construction, and scheduling of related work; 3. Will be acceptable in consideration of the required design and artistic effect; 4. Will provide no cost disadvantage to the District; 5. Will require no excessive or more expensive maintenance, including adequacy and availability of replacement parts; and 6. Will required no change of the construction schedule. b. In completing the SUBSTITUTION REQUEST FORM, the bidder must state, with respect to each requested substitution, whether the bidder will agree to provide the Specified Item in the event that the District denies the bidder’s request for such requested substitution. In the event that the bidder has agreed in the Request Form to provide the Specified Item and the District denies the bidder’s requested substitution for a Specified Item, the bidder shall provide the Specified Item without any additional cost or charge to the District.
