The Shoot. Any variations in day(s), time(s) or to the planned event(s) that may impact on the contract should be communicated to Artisan Media as soon as they are known. Artisan Media will abide by all rules of the facility/venue and/or directions of staff (if applicable) and/or facility/venue coordinators in regard to camera set-up and will not be held responsible for absence of certain shots due to such rules/directions, or due to interference by wedding guests or vendors, including the videographer. The Client assumes responsibility to secure access to areas for photography. Artisan Media shall not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions. Artisan Media will be the sole professional photographer. Family and/ or friends are permitted to operate camera equipment on the condition that they do not interfere with professional photo coverage. Artisan Media will take reasonable measures to protect the safety of its staff, the wedding party, invited guests, vendors and interested parties. Artisan Media shall not be responsible for injury caused by wilful or neglectful behaviours of others causing such injury. Artisan Media uses quality photographic equipment but shall not be liable for any battery failures, equipment failures and/or material defects beyond our control. In the unlikely event of total photo failure, liability to Artisan Media shall be limited to a refund of the Deposit and any additional monies paid by The Client. Artisan Media will take every measure available to ensure accurate colour and lighting reproduction but certain situations and/or events may affect the success of this. Artisan Media shall not be liable photo quality affected by such situations/events. The handling of equipment owned by Artisan Media is to be carried out only by Artisan Media staff unless prior arrangement has been agreed with Artisan Media management. Artisan Media shall be entitled to recover any losses for damage incurred by the Client, the wedding party or invited guest. The Client will not undertake any act whereby insurance in respect of equipment may be prejudiced in any way. The Shoot. The Infomercial will be filmed by PSC on location in (TBD) at a location mutually agreed by the parties and otherwise in accordance with the Client-approved shooting script, Budget and Production Schedule. The filming will likely also require 1-day of filming in Detroit, Michigan. No later than 10 days after the execution hereof (time being of the essence), PSC shall provide to Client a written treatment detailing the vision for the Infomercial. Client shall either approve same in writing, or indicate its suggested changes or areas requiring revision. PSC shall thereafter revise the treatment based on Client’s comments and re-submit it to Client for review and approval at least one week prior to commencement of filming. Client shall again review it and either approve it in writing, or indicate its suggested changes or areas requiring revision. The treatment may include but not be limited to specific details on talent and cast, presentation, flow, set design, wardrobe, etc. Prior to commencement of photography of the Infomercial, Client must have approved the shooting script for the Infomercial. The Infomercial’s production and artistic control will be under direct supervision by PSC, who shall collaborate thereon with Client. Client shall have final approval over all creative elements of the Infomercial.

  • Industry Troubleshooter Where a difference arises between the parties relating to the dismissal, discipline, or suspension of an employee, or to the interpretation, application, operation, or alleged violation of this Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable, during the term of the Collective Agreement, Xxxxx XxXxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, or a substitute agreed to by the parties, shall at the request of either party:

  • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the following February.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Union Shop 2.01 The Employer agrees to retain in its employ, within the bargaining unit as outlined in Section 1 of this Agreement, only members of the Union in good standing. The Employer shall be free to hire new employees who are not members of the Union, provided said non-members, whether part- or full-time employees, shall be eligible for membership in the Union and shall make application within ten (10) days after employment and become members within thirty (30) days.

  • Rotation Where the Employer's designate and the Union's designate at the local level agree that shifts be rotated, the shifts shall be rotated on an equitable basis among the employees involved.
