Common use of The Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

The Security Trustee. The Security Trustee may assign and transfer all of its respective rights and obligations hereunder to a replacement Security Trustee appointed in accordance with the terms of the Facility Agreement. Upon such assignment and transfer taking effect, the replacement Security Trustee shall be and be deemed to be acting as Security Trustee for the Secured Parties for the purposes of this Debenture in place of the old Security Trustee.

The Security Trustee.
