Common use of The Security Trustee Clause in Contracts

The Security Trustee. The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement for the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under this Agreement but shall have no responsibility for any of the obligations of, nor assume any liabilities to, the Cash Manager, the Account Banks, the Mortgages Trustee or Funding hereunder.

The Security Trustee. The Security Trustee. The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement for the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under this Agreement but shall have no responsibility for any obligation or liability whatsoever to the Sixth Issuer Corporate Services Provider or the Sixth Issuer under or arising from or by virtue of the obligations of, nor assume any liabilities to, the Cash Manager, the Account Banks, the Mortgages Security Trustee or Funding hereunderjoining as a party to this Agreement.

The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement for the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under this Agreement but shall have no responsibility for any obligation or liability whatsoever to the Eighth Issuer Corporate Services Provider or the Eighth Issuer under or arising from or by virtue of the obligations of, nor assume any liabilities to, the Cash Manager, the Account Banks, the Mortgages Security Trustee or Funding hereunderjoining as a party to this Agreement.

The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement for the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under this Agreement but shall have no responsibility for any of the obligations of, nor assume any liabilities to, the Cash Manager, the Account Banks, the Mortgages Trustee Funding GIC Provider or Funding hereunder.

The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement for the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under this Agreement but shall have no responsibility for any obligation or liability whatsoever to the Fifth Issuer Corporate Services Provider or the Fifth Issuer under or arising from or by virtue of the obligations of, nor assume any liabilities to, the Cash Manager, the Account Banks, the Mortgages Security Trustee or Funding hereunderjoining as a party to this Agreement.

The Security Trustee.
