The Second Payment. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all conditions specified in Section 7 hereof, the Purchaser shall pay RMB195,000,000 or equivalent US Dollars or HK Dollars to the Existing Shareholder;
The Second Payment. As described in Section 2.3 of this Agreement, the Buyer has paid the Parent $2,050,000 (the "Second Payment") representing the amount necessary for the Buyer to purchase 20% of TSA's common stock.
