THE SALARY GRID. All Teachers except those placed in Category A in accordance with the Pay Equity Plan and except principals, vice-principals, co-ordinators and assistant co-ordinators shall be placed on the salary grid according to the category as in and Equivalent 'Teaching Experience. A A2 A3 A4 'The Board may award a permanent Contract to a Teacher returning to teach with the Board. 'The determination of Total Salary for a 'Teacher returning from leave shall be made in accordance with the rights and subject to conditions with respect to Total Salary which were given or imposed as terms under which the leave was granted. Teacher's advancement on the Salary grid for the following school year for increased Teaching Experience may be withheld only for just cause and upon written notice to the Teacher prior to April in the preceding school year, stating the reasons why advancement is to be withheld. CATEGORY PLACEMENT Teacher shall submit all necessary written proof of the change in qualifications lo the Director. It shall be the responsibility of the Teacher to apply for any necessary written proof of a change in qualifications. The Board shall acknowledge receipt of documents submitted by the Teacher and shall advise the Teacher of the disposition of the request for change in category placement. Teacher's Grid Salary shall be determined for a school year on the Teacher's qualifications as at September of that year provided that if the Teacher furnishes proof by December of a change in qualifications effective the preceding September category placement shall be made on the basis of the new qualifications with the corresponding Grid Salary change retroactive to September If the Teacher furnishes proof by June of a change in qualifications effective the preceding January category placement shall be made on the basis of the new qualifications with the corresponding Grid Salary change retroactive to January B If, prior to the dates by which proof of changed qualifications must be submitted under the Teacher gives written notice to the Director of an intent to furnish proof of changed qualifications as soon as it is available, such proof may be accepted at the discretion of the Director.   • Salary Grids Classifications and salary rates are attached as Schedule "A" and forms part of this Collective Agreement. The years referred to in the salary schedules shall mean years of continuous service with the Employer in the designated classification, plus the applicable allowances under 23.04. Years of service on the new grid may not relate to the employee’s service level as a result of April 1, 2007 harmonization of the grids and blending the bargaining units.

  • Salary Payments For payroll purposes, the work week shall be defined as Monday through Sunday. In any school year, the dollar amounts on the first and last paychecks of the year may vary.

  • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.

  • Salary/Wages Grantee shall list personnel involved, position classification, direct salary rates, and hours spent on the Project in accordance with Attachment 3, Grant Work Plan in their documentation for reimbursement or match requirements.

  • SALARY LIMITATION The Grantee cannot use the SAPT Block Grant to pay salaries in excess of Level I of the Federal Senior Executive pay scale.

  • Basic Salary (a) During the Employment the Company shall pay the Executive a Basic Salary of not less than £415,000 per annum. The Basic Salary shall accrue from day to day and be payable by credit transfer in equal monthly instalments in arrears on or around the 25th day of each calendar month or otherwise as arranged from time to time.

  • Salary Payment In consideration of Executive’s timely execution and non-revocation of the Release by the Release Deadline Date, the Company shall pay Executive a severance payment equal to Executive’s Monthly Base Salary multiplied by the number of months in the Covered Termination Severance Period, less applicable withholdings. The severance payment shall be payable (except as set forth in Article 5) in a lump sum on the first regularly-scheduled payroll date occurring on or after the Release Deadline Date.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive's base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board. Executive's annual rate of base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as the "Base Salary."
