The Risk Pool IPD. Team Members shall not include separate contingencies in the Expected Cost to address refinement of designs, materials, or equipment; instead, the Risk Pool IPD Team Members shall include realistic pricing based upon listed assumptions and understandings concerning the scope of the Services and the Work required by the pending design.
