Common use of The President Clause in Contracts

The President. The president shall have active, executive management of the operations of the Company, subject, however, to the control of the Managers. The president shall have general supervision of the business of the Company and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Members are carried into effect. The president shall have the power to execute all bonds, mortgages, contracts and other instruments of the Company requiring a seal, under seal of the Company, except where required or permitted by law to be otherwise signed and executed and except that the other officers of the Company may sign and execute documents when so authorized by these bylaws, the Managers or the president.
