The President of the College. The President or his/her designee shall review the recommendations and the report from the CPE and forward his/her recommendations and the complete report from the Committee to the Board of Trustees. If the President does not recommend for promotion, the individual shall receive from the President a statement of reasons for s uch denial.

The President of the College may in the President's discretion decide to grant additional paid Christmas holidays to all employees covered by this Agreement. When such paid holidays are granted, the qualifying days for paid holidays falling in the holiday period established by the President, shall be the working days immediately preceding and immediately following the Christmas holiday period determined by the President. The College shall endeavour to notify employees by October 1 of each year of the Christmas holiday schedule.
The President of the College shall notify both the President of the Association and the Chapter Presi- dent in writing of the impending retrenchment of unit member(s) and the reasons therefore, including any available documentary evidence pertaining thereto. The President of the Association or the Pres- ident’s designee may respond in writing to the President of the College as to that person’s judgments and recommendations based upon the contents of the initial notification letter and/or subsequent to the consultation process described in 19.02.

  • Treasurer; Assistant Treasurer The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and shall, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser, sub-adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President. Any Assistant Treasurer shall have such duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or the President.

  • Chief Operating Officer Subject to the powers of the Company Board, the chief executive officer and the president, the chief operating officer of the Company shall have general and active management of the business of the Company. The chief operating officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the president are carried into effect. The chief operating officer shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the chief executive officer, the president or the Company Board.

  • President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.

  • The Vice-President The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Member may from time to time prescribe or as the President may from time to time delegate to him or her. At the request of the President, the Vice President may temporarily act in place of the President. In the case of the death, absence, or inability to act of the President, the Member may designate the Vice President to perform the duties of the President.

The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.
