TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION 2.1 The Contractor shall commence the Work upon the date established in the Notice to Proceed.

Maternity, Parental and Adoption Leave Employees are eligible for unpaid leave of absence from employment subject to the conditions in this article. Every employee who intends to take a leave of absence under this article shall give at least 30 days' notice in writing to the Employer unless there is a valid reason why such notice cannot be given and shall inform the Employer in writing of the length of leave intended to be taken. Each employee who wishes to change the effective date of approved leave shall give four weeks' notice of such change unless there is a valid reason why notice cannot be given.
Additional Annual Leave (a) Shift Worker as defined by the Act An employee is entitled to accrue an additional amount of paid annual leave, for each completed 12 month period of continuous service with the employer, of 1/52 of the number of ordinary hours worked by the employee, for the employer, as a Shift Worker as defined by the Act during that 12 month period. The additional paid annual leave set out in this sub-clause is not cumulative upon the additional paid annual leave set out in the next sub-clause 21.6(b).
