The Payment Accounts. For each Series, the Trustee, for the benefit of the Secured Parties of such Series, shall establish and maintain in the State of New York or in the city in which the Corporate Trust Office is located, with one or more Qualified Institutions, in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties of such Series, a non-interest bearing segregated trust account (each, a “Payment Account” and collectively, the “Payment Accounts”) bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Secured Parties of such Series. The Trustee shall possess all right, title and interest in all funds on deposit from time to time in the Payment Accounts and in all proceeds thereof.   • Disbursement Account 12.1 The Lender is obligated to keep the bank account information provided on the Platform up to date. The account shall be managed by a bank within the Single Euro Payment Area (hereinafter “SEPA”).

  • Payment Account (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Property Trustee shall establish the Payment Account.
