Common use of THE MANAGING DIRECTOR Clause in Contracts

THE MANAGING DIRECTOR. 1. The Managing Director shall be appointed by the President of the Governing Board, with the favourable report of the Permanent Commission, after hearing the opinion of the Scientific Directors. The CIBER shall enter into the proper contract for functional purposes with said Managing Director. The duration of said contract shall be four years, extendible by agreement of the parties and according to legislation applicable in this area.
