(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one hundred thirty million Dollars ($100,000,00030,000,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

The Loan. Section 2.01. (a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ’s ordinary capital resources an amount of one four hundred twenty million Dollars ($100,000,000420,000,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

The Loan. Section 2.01. (a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one hundred twelve million Dollars ($100,000,000112,000,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one hundred thirty-five million Dollars ($100,000,00035,000,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of three hundred seventy one million three hundred million thousand Dollars ($100,000,000371,300,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one hundred and fifteen million Dollars ($100,000,000115,000,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ’s ordinary capital resources an amount of one hundred million Dollars one hundred ninety thousand Euros ($100,000,000€100,190,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one eight million six hundred million Dollars and thirty thousand dollars ($100,000,0008,630,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one seventy seven million and six hundred million Dollars and fifty thousand dollars ($100,000,00077,650,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one hundred fifty million Dollars dollars ($100,000,000), 150,000,000) as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one three hundred forty million Dollars ($100,000,000340,000,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.

(a) ADB agrees to lend to the Borrower from ADB's ordinary capital resources an amount of one hundred twenty three million five hundred ten thousand Dollars ($100,000,000123,510,000), as such amount may be converted from time to time through a Currency Conversion in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of this Loan Agreement.
