Common use of The Licence Clause in Contracts

The Licence. 1.1 The Licensor hereby permits the Licensee to use and occupy the Licensed Premises and the Licensee hereby agrees to use the Licensed Premises as a Licensee for carrying out its professional services business, including Computer software and IT enabled services for a period of 33 months from 16th August 2005 ending on 15th May 2008, on the terms and conditions hereinafter contained and on the part of the Licensee to be observed and performed.
