Common use of The Lease Clause in Contracts

The Lease. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, this License shall terminate no later than the date of termination of the Lease (the "Lease") between Licensor, as Landlord, and Licensee, as Tenant, for space in the Property of even date herewith, whether such termination occurs at the end of the scheduled Lease term or prior thereto. A breach of this License by Tenant shall be deemed a breach of the Lease by Tenant and after notice given in accordance with the terms of the Lease and the failure of Tenant to cure within fifteen (15) days of such notice, Landlord shall have all remedies available herein, under the Lease, and at law or in equity. In the event the term of the Lease is extended, the term of this License shall also be extended to correspond with the Lease Term.
