The Joint Commission. 1. The Contracting Parties agree to establish a Joint Commission composed of their representatives. 2. The implementation of this Agreement shall be supervised and administrated by the Joint Commission. 3. For the purpose of the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Contracting Parties shall exchange information and, at the request of any Contracting Party, shall hold consultations within the Joint Commission. The Joint Commission shall keep under review the possibility of further removal of the obstacles to trade between the Contracting Parties. 4. The Joint Commission may take decisions in the cases provide for in this Agreement. On other matters the Joint Commission may take recommendations.
