The Jersey Security Interest. (i) secures the irrevocable and unconditional payment and satisfaction in full of the Secured Obligations; (ii) constitutes a first ranking Security Interest in the Collateral; and (iii) has the same priority in relation to all Secured Obligations (including further advances).
