Common use of The Issuing Lender Clause in Contracts

The Issuing Lender. The Issuing Lender shall act on behalf of the Dollar Revolving Lenders with respect to any Dollar Letters of Credit issued by it and the documents associated therewith and shall act on behalf of the Multicurrency Revolving Lenders with respect to any Multicurrency Letters of Credit issued by it and the documents associated therewith, and, in each case, the Issuing Lender shall have all of the rights, benefits and immunities (a) provided to the Administrative Agent in Article IX with respect to any acts taken or omissions suffered by it in connection with Letters of Credit issued by it or proposed to be issued by it and any documents pertaining to such Letters of Credit as fully as if the term “Administrative Agent” as used in Article IX included the Issuing Lender with respect to such acts or omissions, and (b) as additionally provided herein with respect to the Issuing Lender.
