Common use of The Grant Clause in Contracts

The Grant. Section 2.01. The Association agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, an amount in various currencies equivalent to twenty-four million Special Drawing Rights (SDR 24,000,000). Section 2.02. (a) The amount of the Grant may be withdrawn from the Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Association shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works, and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant.

The Grant. Section 2.01. The Association agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, an amount in various currencies currency equivalent to twenty-four six million eight hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 24,000,0006,800,000) (the Grant). Section 2.02. (a) The amount of the Grant may be withdrawn from the Grant Account Account, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Association shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant.

The Grant. Section 2.01. The Association agrees to make available to the Recipient, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, an amount in various currencies equivalent to twenty-thirty million and four million hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 24,000,00030, 400, 000). Section 2.02. (a) The amount of the Grant may be withdrawn from the Grant Account in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement for expenditures made (or, if the Association shall so agree, to be made) in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works, goods and services required for carrying out the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant.
