Common use of The Grant Clause in Contracts

The Grant. Subject to the conditions set forth below, the Company hereby grants you, effective as of the Grant Date, as a matter of separate inducement and not in lieu of any salary or other compensation for your services to the Company, an award of Restricted Stock (the “Award”) consisting of the number of Restricted Shares set forth above in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan.

The Grant. Subject to the conditions set forth below, the Company hereby grants you, effective as of the Grant Date, as a matter of separate inducement and not in lieu of any salary or other compensation for your services to for the Company, an award of Restricted Stock (the “Award”) consisting of the number of Restricted Shares set forth above in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan.
