These documents will be submitted to the concerned community stakeholders as part of a public consultation process. The IWG-IMSL has to ensure the follow up on this consultation by analysing the results and making recommendations on the integrated management concept for the St. Xxxxxxxx and related implementation tools. Specific objectives The primary objective of the IWG-IMSL’s mandate is to submit to the Agreement Management Committee a document on an integrated management concept for the St. Xxxxxxxx and on associated implementation tools for which a consensus exists within the Quebec and federal government agencies concerned.   • Government Data Practices Vendor and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Contract.   • DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Performing Agency or Performing Agency’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, and suppliers, Performing Agency shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.

  • Compliance with Government Regulations The Company covenants that if any share of Common Stock required to be reserved for purposes of exercise or conversion of Warrants require, under any federal or state law or applicable governing rule or regulation of any national securities exchange, registration with or approval of any governmental authority, or listing on any such national securities exchange, before such shares may be issued upon exercise, the Company will use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause such shares to be duly registered, approved or listed on the relevant national securities exchange, as the case may be.
