Contractor shall submit a final invoice of Work performed to VPRA within 15 days of VPRA’s notice of termination. Except for a claim that VPRA failed to pay sums owing to Contractor, Contractor shall not be entitled to any damages of any nature arising out of VPRA’s termination of the Contract pursuant to this Section 20.0.
