The Fund's Notices to the Paying Agent. Whenever any AMPS are to be redeemed, the Fund shall mail a Notice of Redemption by first-class mail, postage prepaid, to each Holder of AMPS being redeemed and to the Paying Agent pursuant to the Second Amended and Restated Bylaws.
