The Fine Print Sample Clauses

The "Fine Print" clause refers to the detailed terms and conditions that govern an agreement, often found in smaller or less prominent text within a contract. This section typically includes important provisions such as limitations of liability, dispute resolution procedures, or specific obligations that may not be highlighted elsewhere in the document. By outlining these specifics, the clause ensures that all parties are aware of their rights and responsibilities, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes arising from overlooked details.
