The Final Award Sample Clauses

The 'Final Award' clause defines the conclusive decision issued by an arbitral tribunal at the end of arbitration proceedings. This clause typically outlines that the final award resolves all outstanding issues between the parties, specifies the obligations of each party, and may address matters such as costs, interest, or enforcement. By establishing the binding nature and scope of the tribunal's decision, the clause ensures that disputes are definitively settled and provides a clear endpoint to the arbitration process, thereby preventing further litigation on the same matters.
