It will also explore British design in the context of industrial production, looking at the range and inventiveness of British product design before and after the decline of British manufacturing in the late 1970s, and the shift towards design services and new technologies. The Factory. The Factory is located on a plot measuring 20 hectares inside the Land. The total area for the Factory is 88,745m2, including 66,000m2 pond area and 10,000m2 Factory complex. The net book value (‘NBV’) of the Factory as at 31 December 2018 was RM 45,593,629. The Factory is currently encumbered via a Debenture for banking facilities provided to KUBMA by a local bank (‘the Bank’).

The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Measurements and arithmetic conventions All measurements and calculations shall be in the metric system and calculations done to 2 (two) decimal places, with the third digit of 5 (five) or above being rounded up and below 5 (five) being rounded down.

  • ADJUSTMENT FACTORS The Contractor will perform any or all Tasks in the Construction Task Catalog for the Unit Price appearing therein multiplied by the following Adjustment Factors. See the General Terms and Conditions for additional information.

  • The Front end Fee payable by the Borrower shall be equal to one quarter of one percent (0.25%) of the Loan amount.

  • Performance Evaluations 34.1. The Contractor is subject to an annual performance evaluation to be conducted by NYCDOT pursuant to the PPB Rules.
