The Evaluation System. The Employer shall provide each unit member with a copy of the current Evaluation Guidelines as found in this Agreement by the 10th workday of each school year. Sample copies of Evaluation Plans 1 and 2, observation forms, evaluation forms A and B, reports and an evaluation calendar shall be included with the Evaluation Guidelines. (See Appendix 6.) All forms shall be included in the Certificated Employee Evaluation Guidelines and in the Teachers' Evaluation Handbook and shall not be changed unless mutually agreed to by the parties to this Agreement.

The Evaluation System. Section 8.1 General Provisions Employees shall be evaluated each school year in accordance with the procedures and criteria set forth herein. For the purpose of evaluation, employees shall be observed in the performance of their primary work responsibilities and assignments. The purposes of evaluation are to promote professional growth and effective teaching practices.
Section 8.1.1 Notice Each employee within thirty (30) days after his/her employment or within thirty (30) days from the commencement of the school year or within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later, shall be given a copy of the observation and evaluation form and criteria to be used in the evaluation process.
