The Employer. The Employer shall be responsible for all functions assigned or reserved to it under the Plan and any related Trust Agreement. Any authority so assigned or reserved to the Employer, other than responsibilities assigned to the Plan Administrator, shall be exercised by resolution of the Employer's Board of Directors and shall become effective with respect to the Trustee upon written notice to the Trustee signed by the duly authorized officer of the Board advising the Trustee of such exercise.
