The Employer. agrees to notify the applicable Local Union of any contract awarded which will employ a significant number of employees coming within the scope of this Agreement. Either Party may call a pre-job conference prior to the commencement of such a project. It shall be the purpose of the pre-job conference to discuss issues related to xxxxxxx the job.
