  • Training and Education NPCC may provide training and education to Registered Entities, as it deems necessary, in support of its performance of delegated functions and related activities under this Agreement. NERC may also provide training and education programs to Registered Entities on topics relating to NERC’s responsibilities as the ERO.

  • TEACHER PROTECTION A. If a teacher, in connection with his employment, is subjected to assault or battery, he shall immediately report the incident and the circumstances to his Principal. The Principal shall forward the report to the Executive Director of Elementary/Middle or Secondary Schools, as appropriate, with a copy to the Union.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (a) If the Contactor is a Business Associate under the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), as noted in this Contract, the Contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of this Section of the Contract. If the Contractor is not a Business Associate under HIPAA, this Section of the Contract does not apply to the Contractor for this Contract.
