Typically, this fund is used to finance necessary adjustments, equipment, or services that enable equal access to facilities, programs, or events. By providing a clear financial resource for accessibility needs, the clause ensures compliance with legal requirements and promotes inclusivity, addressing potential barriers faced by people with disabilities.
