The Department Manager. The Department Manager is the person(s) or office(s) responsible for the management and oversight of an individual portion of a University building. They will be responsible for filling out the quarterly inspection reports (Attachment 1) and for investigating and validating customer complaints. They may designate alternate inspectors, in writing to the Contract Manger, to perform inspections on their behalf.
