The date of receipt. The date of receipt of the notice, demand or other communication will be the date of delivery thereof if hand delivered, the date of transmission if sent by fax or by email, or, if given by mail as provided herein, will be deemed conclusively to be the fourteenth (14th) calendar day after the same is so mailed, except in the event of disruption of the postal service in which event the notice, demand or other communication will be deemed to be received only when actually received. 12.13.
