Common use of The Customer Clause in Contracts

The Customer. Subject matter Pursuant to the Guarantee Agreement, Chinlink Guarantee agreed to guarantee the settlement by the Customer of the obligation under the Commercial Factoring Agreement with principal amount of RMB15.0 million (equivalent to approximately HK$17.6 million). Terms of the guarantee The guarantee services shall commence from 24 June 2022 and end on 24 June 2023. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the Guarantee Agreement is secured by the personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor and the corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor.

Subject matter Pursuant to the New Guarantee Agreement, Chinlink Guarantee agreed to guarantee the settlement by the Customer of the obligation under the New Commercial Factoring Agreement with principal amount of RMB15.0 RMB5.0 million (equivalent to approximately HK$17.6 HK$5.5 million). Terms of the guarantee The guarantee services shall commence from 24 June 14 October 2022 and end on 24 June 14 October 2023. In respect of the above arrangements, Chinlink Guarantee shall charge the Customer a guarantee fee of RMB150,000 RMB50,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$175,500HK$55,000) which is payable by twelve equal instalments of RMB12,500 RMB4,167 each (equivalent to approximately HK$14,625HK$4,583). Counter-guarantee The obligation of the Customer under the New Guarantee Agreement is secured by the (i) a personal guarantee granted by the Individual Guarantor Guarantor; and the (ii) a corporate guarantee granted by the Corporate Guarantor, in favour of Chinlink Guarantee.
