The Credit Agreement. On and after the Effective Date: (i) each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby, (ii) each reference to the Credit Agreement in all Loan Documents shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and (iii) this Amendment shall be deemed a “Loan Document” for the purposes of the Credit Agreement.
