The Contractor/ First Party Sample Clauses

The Contractor/ First Party shall keep the location of work and its surroundings clean, and shall surrender the premises to the Second Party without any garbage, materials, or wastes and shall clean the location in a way that satisfies the Second Party and the Engineering Office, and if the First Party fails to do so then the Second Party shall be able to perform the above obligation at the expense of the First Party and the costs shall be deducted from the amounts owed to the Contractor.
