Common use of The Contractor acknowledges Clause in Contracts

The Contractor acknowledges. 16.5.1 that UK Sport is relying upon the Contractor’s skill and knowledge in order to assess what is ‘appropriate’ to protect UK Sport’s Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, alteration or disclosure; and 16.5.2 that the technical and organisational measures shall be appropriate to the harm which might result from any unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage to UK Sport Personal Data and having regard to that nature of the UK Personal Data which is to be protected.
